How to Login to the clusters

Interactive ssh

Only ssh access is allowed for interactive access. One would issue a command similar to the following:

# LSU HPC  
ssh -X -Y username@mike.hpc.lsu.edu  

# LONI  
ssh -X -Y username@qbc.loni.org

The user would then be prompted for password. The -X -Y flags allow for X11 forwarding to be set up automatically.

To report a problem please run ssh with the verbose option ssh -vvv and include that information in the ticket.
